打開氣源，氣動執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)動作使活塞推動閥桿下移，由于楔形塊的作用，產(chǎn)生兩個(gè)水平方向力，將左右密封盤壓向密封座，迫使密封盤和密封座壓緊密合，達(dá)到密封效果。

Turn on the air source, and the pneumatic actuator moves the piston to push the valve stem downward. Due to the action of the wedge block, two horizontal forces are generated to press the left and right sealing discs towards the sealing seat, forcing the sealing disc and the sealing seat to press tightly together, achieving the sealing effect.

打開氣源，氣動執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)動作使活塞推動閥桿上移，使活動連接機(jī)構(gòu)首先克服楔形塊與漲塊之間的摩擦力，又加上各機(jī)件之間大間隙配合，會使?jié)q塊下垂，密封盤向內(nèi)收縮而脫離閥座密封面，閥門開啟迅速、省力、無卡阻現(xiàn)象，達(dá)到閥門全開狀態(tài)。

Turn on the air source, and the pneumatic actuator moves the piston to push the valve stem upwards, causing the movable connecting mechanism to first overcome the friction between the wedge-shaped block and the expansion block. In addition, the large gap fit between various components will cause the expansion block to sag, the sealing disc to contract inward and detach from the valve seat sealing surface, and the valve door will open quickly, labor-saving, and without jamming, reaching the fully open state of the valve.

5.為了確保密封盤和密封座的接觸可靠，閥體內(nèi)設(shè)有準(zhǔn)確的導(dǎo)向板，把閥芯限制在閥體內(nèi)部供啟閉用的運(yùn)動范圍內(nèi)，保證密封面相應(yīng)對準(zhǔn)，保持平穩(wěn)快速開啟和關(guān)閉。
